We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, ISC in our Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN location.
We are looking for a strategic, detail-driven, and highly experienced Senior Program Managerfor our Integrated Supply Chain team to lead and manage complex, cross-departmental programs. This role is essential in aligning project execution with business objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning business strategy with program delivery, facilitating coordination across technical, operations, materials and producibility functions, while ensuring that cross-disciplinary efforts advance on time and within scope. The ideal candidate thrives in highly technical, rapidly evolving environments and brings a systems-level mindset to managing program portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, and demonstrated leader in integrated supply chain, program, and portfolio management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive end-to-end program execution for large, complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives, from strategic planning through delivery.
- Develop scalable mechanisms to report regular updates on projects to executive stakeholders and other team members.
- Collaborate with the Global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leadership to establish data-driven program dashboards and a robust reporting framework to use within ISC team, and to our stakeholders.
- Define program scope, milestones, objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria in alignment with overarching business goals and functional priorities.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across supply chain, hardware and software engineering, product, research, planning, and finance.
- Own and track program performance, identify potential risks early, and implement proactive solutions to maintain progress and deliver results.
- Create and maintain detailed program documentation—including roadmaps, process flows, timelines, RACI, and status updates—to effectively communicate progress, align stakeholders, and support change management efforts across the organization.
- Take full ownership of ensuring all programs adhere to regulatory, quality, and operational standards, proactively identifying gaps, driving accountability, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned throughout all phases of each program.
- Promote continuous improvement by refining program management practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor and support the growth of project managers and junior team members.
- Collaborate closely with other PMO team members and technical project leaders across the organization to ensure consistency in approach and knowledge sharing.
- Lead project budgeting efforts, contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and oversee financial performance.
- Optimize resource utilization and maintain cost control through effective budget management.
- Clear, precise, and regular communication with key stakeholders, including leadership, for ongoing project/program updates.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Minimum 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a senior level leadership role
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status)

- Strong knowledge of program management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- An ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience in quantum computing, semiconductors, aerospace, or other advanced R&D settings.
$150,000 - $190,000 a year
Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive eligible - Range posted is inclusive of incentive target
The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
