We are seeking an HR Specialist II in our Broomfield, CO location. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week, with approvals.

We work closely with specialists and cross-functional partners to drive process improvements, leverage technology for automation, and support strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for global Tier 1 HR inquiries via email, chat, and case management systems.
- Provide accurate and timely information related to HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate Tier 2 or specialist teams.
- Maintain documentation of inquiries and resolutions in accordance with internal protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements, data audits, and employee engagement efforts.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Provide data and strategy to support automation of work.
- Review and recommend best in fit technology tools to improve user experience and efficiencies
- Ad hoc project support as needed
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Master’s degree obtained prior to start
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
WE VALUE:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
$65,000 - $75,000 a year

The pay range for this role is $65,000 – $75,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
