Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales lifecycle, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining comprehensive account management. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert opportunities
- Proven expertise in Business and Account Management to develop long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and persuasive presentations, negotiations, and client interactions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to understand client challenges and propose effective solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain domains is an advantage
