Role Description
This is a full time role for a Neuromonitoring Specialist. Key responsibilities include conducting intra-operative monitoring using advanced technologies, analysing neurological data during surgeries, and ensuring patient safety in collaboration with surgical teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to clinical protocols and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in intra-operative neuromonitoring techniques, including SEP, MEP, EMG, D-Wave, Cranial Nerve Monitoring, Brain Mapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for real-time decision-making during procedures
- Familiarity with neuromonitoring equipment and software, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and anatomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and team interaction
- Post-secondary qualification in neurophysiology, neuroscience, or a related healthcare field
- Experience in neuromonitoring, healthcare settings, or operating rooms is a plus
- Ability to work flexibly and independently in a remote setting
