To support and help drive this growth we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the local team and form an important part of Quantinuum’s global HR team. In this role you will play a vital role in managing and developing all people activities and processes in the region. You will partner with the country and scientific leaders in the region, as well as global leaders in this matrixed environment. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the team, along with ensuring an amazing employee experience from start to finish

Key responsibilities:
- As a member of the Quantinuum HR Team deliver an outstanding employee experience to the region and selected client groups
- Collaborate with regional HR and global centres of excellence teams to facilitate regional and country specific delivery of HR services such as organisational development, training, payroll, benefits, recruitment, communication HRIS and HR administration.
- Lead and drive the recruitment process to achieve headcount goals and quality hires, alongside a global talent acquisition team
- Responsible for developing and delivering HR Programs, best practices, and people solutions
- Build credible relationships with key leadership, management, business partners and peers globally by combining commercial and HR expertise to add value to the business
- Act as the HR business partner identified client groups providing support and coaching to people leaders on talent and culture initiatives, such as:
- Deliver strategic projects for supported business units with change management, team structure improvements, performance management, wellbeing support, absence management, employee engagement, reward and recognition
- Contribute and implement robust talent management action plans to identify and fill competency, knowledge and talent gaps alongside retaining key talent (engagement, succession planning, learning and development, assessment, planning, recruiting etc.)
- Ensure that functional and individual goals are aligned through effective implementation of performance management processes
- Raise awareness of current and anticipated people opportunities, challenges and risks to inform current and future people related decisions and activity
- Develop HR reporting and analytics for your business areas to monitor and measure trends
- Work closely with people leaders in managing employee relations cases such as health and wellbeing support through occupational health, performance management, long and short-term sickness absence, flexible working requests, disciplinaries, grievances, investigation, end of contract support including probation and restructures
- Train, coach & develop people leaders in management and leadership practises
- Monitor core HR processes, policies and contractual requirements, from planning to reporting, to meet local employment law regulation and requirements.
- Implement and manage our compensation programmes, including introducing staff benefits and managing our local payroll processes through our chosen partners.
- Collaborate with other HR colleagues on the delivery of various global HR initiatives that impact regionally and company wide
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8+ years professional Human Resources experience, including solid recruitment experience
- Fluent English required for reporting, documentation, and daily communication.
- A right to work in Singapore
WE VALUE:
- Master's degree preferred with a concentration in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development or a related discipline
- Experience in supporting or scaling tech and or/ scientific businesses strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and build a performance culture
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching
- Strong business acumen & solid global mindset and experience
- Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers
- Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results in a matrixed organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with all levels of management as well as a diverse workforce
- Flexibility to work in a global company, across time zones
