About
Dear Hiring Manager,

With more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity,
cryptography, and digital trust technologies, I have designed,
implemented, and managed enterprise and national-scale Post-quantum
technologies, National Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware
Security Module (HSM) environments, Key Management Systems (KMS),
and digital identity platforms.
Throughout my career, I have led complex cryptographic
transformation initiatives across financial services, government,
and critical infrastructure environments. My expertise includes PKI
architecture, certificate lifecycle management, cryptographic
governance, HSM-based key protection, digital signatures, trust
services, and emerging Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration
strategies.
In addition to my technical architecture experience, I have
successfully managed technology programs and engineering teams,
bridging the gap between business objectives, security requirements,
and implementation execution. I have experience defining security
architectures, leading technical teams, managing vendors, and
delivering high-assurance cryptographic solutions that support
regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
My background combines deep hands-on knowledge of cryptographic
technologies with product ownership and technical leadership
experience. I have worked extensively with enterprise PKI
ecosystems, including certificate authorities, digital signing
platforms, secure key management, and cryptographic infrastructure
modernization.
I am particularly interested in contributing my experience in
digital trust, cryptographic resilience, and next-generation
security architectures to organizations preparing for the evolving
cybersecurity landscape, including the transition toward quantumresistant
cryptography.
