About
Master’s candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the American University of Beirut, graduating in June, with research experience in distributed quantum computing and near-term quantum cloud systems. I am currently a Graduate Research Assistant working on optimization algorithms for quantum circuit partitioning and scheduling across heterogeneous quantum processors.
My work focuses on quantum algorithms, circuit cutting, scheduling optimization, and Python-based simulation frameworks. I have experience with Python, Qiskit, PennyLane, quantum communication, quantum security, and optimization methods. My research paper on deadline-aware scheduling of distributed quantum circuits was accepted at IEEE QCNC in Japan and received the Best Paper Award.
Alongside my quantum research background, I also have software development internship experience in full-stack applications, and automation tools. I am interested in quantum algorithms, quantum networks, quantum software, distributed quantum computing, quantum optimization, and applied quantum technologies.
