About
I am a TS/SCI-eligible Senior Program Manager/Director with 20+ years of advancing complex, mission-critical modernization programs across defense stakeholders. My career has centered on delivering operational advantages: secure C5ISR integration, cyber/crypto-resilient weapon systems, and accelerated adoption of advanced technologies including autonomy, unified operational data fusion, and systems modernization. I am passionate about the impact quantum is going to have on the future and am concerned that ‘we’ are not ready for the progress other entities are already making within this environment.
I have led large, multi-disciplinary teams — including an organization of nearly 400 personnel — and managed multi-million-dollar portfolios across the acquisition lifecycle. I have conducted research and analysis to prioritize mission assurance, risk-informed investment decisions, and strong partnerships between government and industry. I look forward to begin working more within the quantum environment to help ensure a more positive outcome for future generations and nations.
