With more than 36 years of proven success, I have gained hands-on experience across the full SAP product lifecycle, from R/2 and R/3 to ECC and S/4HANA. I have worked with organizations of all sizes across a wide range of industries, giving me a deep understanding of how SAP’s broad functionality can be applied to diverse business needs. Drawing on strong knowledge of SAP functionality and integration, I have partnered with C-suite leaders, business process owners, subject matter experts, and project leads to clarify direction and align SAP capabilities with business processes.
My hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up approach begins with defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap, then continues through design, build, training, testing, cutover, organizational support, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
