【Role Objective】
Develop a deep, data-informed understanding of Quectel developers and their needs. Define and execute the operational strategy to fuel developer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion. Maximize product value and cultivate a thriving, self-sustaining Quectel developer ecosystem.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Developer Acquisition & Growth
· Design and implement developer growth strategies that attract target audiences to Quectel products through integrated marketing, channel partnerships, and developer outreach programs.
· Identify and scale acquisition channels, measuring cost-efficiency and developer quality to continuously optimize the top of the funnel.
2. Developer Engagement & Retention
· Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, R&D, FAE) to design and deliver programs that keep developers active, learning, and building on Quectel platforms.
· Increase stickiness and loyalty through high-quality technical content (use cases, documentation, tutorials) and a rich mix of online/offline experiences, including events, webinars, and vibrant community spaces (website, forum, social channels).
· Define, track, and analyze key health metrics—activity rates, contribution levels, repeat usage—and turn insights into actionable engagement tactics.
3. Product Optimization & Iteration
· Serve as the voice of the developer: systematically capture feedback, mine behavioral data, and identify friction points.
· Translate observations into clear product requirements, partnering with product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of the developer experience and platform capabilities.
4. Ecosystem Building
· Own the Quectel developer ecosystem strategy. Architect and operationalize the community framework, content engine, event calendar, and ambassador/influencer programs.
· Nurture a collaborative, inclusive community culture that sparks meaningful peer-to-peer interactions, deepens developers’ sense of belonging, and creates a base of passionate advocates and strategic ecosystem partners.
· Champion initiatives that accelerate both the breadth and depth of the ecosystem—growing the developer base while fostering high-value collaborations.
5. Value Conversion
· Design and refine the developer-to-customer conversion funnel, mapping the journey from discovery, trial, and learning all the way to commercial adoption and paid usage.
· Build seamless on-ramps, pilot programs, and incentive structures that guide developers toward realizing full product value, closing the loop from engagement to revenue and long-term partnership.
【Typical Qualifications】
Education & Experience
· Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
· 5-10+ years of experience in developer relations, ecosystem management, technical community building, product marketing, or a closely related role.
· At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial capacity, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
· Deep familiarity with the IoT, embedded systems, or wireless module industry and a strong understanding of the developer journey for hardware/software platforms.

· Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to define ecosystem KPIs, derive insights from data, and translate them into growth and retention strategies.
· Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success in aligning product, marketing, R&D, and FAE teams behind unified developer programs.
