Quantinuum is expanding its business across Asia Pacific, with Singapore serving as a strategic hub for regional growth. The Field Marketing Director, Singapore will own the APAC field marketing strategy and translate go-to-market priorities into integrated programs that build market presence, engage priority accounts, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue. This is a highly visible regional leadership role combining strategy, hands-on execution, operational rigor, and close partnership with sales.

The role will focus primarily on Singapore and Japan, manage one direct report (based in Japan), and work with agency partners and cross-functional teams across sales, corporate communications, product marketing, campaign marketing, and marketing operations.
The successful candidate will bring strong B2B technology marketing experience, a track record in field marketing and pipeline generation, strong written English, and the ability to adapt global messaging for diverse APAC markets. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving regional environment, is comfortable taking initiative, and can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing strategy: Own the regional APAC field marketing strategy, annual plan, and priorities aligned to go-to-market objectives, target accounts, priority industries, and revenue goals.

Demand generation and pipeline: Build demand-generation goals and program strategies in partnership with sales; take direct responsibility for marketing-influenced pipeline, sales alignment, conversion, and measurable revenue impact.

Events and conferences: Own the strategy, portfolio, execution, follow-up, and measurement of conferences, executive briefings, roundtables, workshops, customer events, ecosystem engagements, and other field programs across APAC. Support on-site execution and help resolve practical issues as they arise.

Corporate communications: Support regional go-to-market messaging and market presence in close coordination with Corporate Communications; provide local direction to communication strategy. Ensure Quantinuum’s presence in APAC is communicated clearly and consistently across events, partnerships, and stakeholder materials.

Content development: Identify local and regional content requirements, secure delivery from marketing partners, and create or adapt presentations, campaign assets, sales enablement materials, regional messaging, and event content.

PR, social, and media relations: Identify regional PR and social opportunities and collaborate with Corporate PR and agency partners to support consistent, high-quality execution. As needed, help develop timely regional communications, such as LinkedIn posts, event messaging, briefing notes, and other external communications within corporate guidelines, when central or agency resources are constrained.

Stakeholder engagement: Work effectively with internal leaders, sales teams, technical experts, government stakeholders, industry partners, academic institutions, and ecosystem collaborators to support events, campaigns, and partnership activities.

Budget management: Build and manage the annual regional marketing budget; oversee initiatives, agencies, and vendors; track spend, compliance, return on investment, and forecast accuracy.

Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop one direct report based in Japan; manage agency partners; and establish clear goals, accountability, and a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Requirements:

Proven APAC marketing success in demand generation, sales alignment, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue impact.

End-to-end leadership of complex events, conferences, executive briefings, roundtables, or customer programs.

Experience with event, communication and CRM platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, iCapture, HubSpot, Monday.com, or Webex.

Strong budgeting, vendor management, performance tracking, ROI measurement, and multi-stakeholder project delivery skills.

Comfortable drafting short-form communications such as LinkedIn posts, event copy, stakeholder messages, and press release inputs within corporate guidelines.

Collaborative, pragmatic, and resourceful, with the ability to operate independently in a lean regional team.

Experience marketing technical sectors such as quantum computing, high-performance computing, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or other emerging technologies.
