Wealth Management Associate
Full-Time | In-Person | Newport Beach, CA
THE OPPORTUNITY
Lashkari Wealth Management is seeking ONE junior/early-career professional who wants to build a long-term career in wealth management. We want someone intelligent, personable, resilient, tech-capable, and genuinely interested in investing, financial planning, client relationships, and business development.
We’re growing fast with rising inbound interest, referrals, and opportunities across our core markets. You’ll help convert that momentum into disciplined growth: respond to inquiries, schedule/confirm meetings, maintain follow-up, manage the pipeline, and keep qualified opportunities from falling through the cracks. This is not a passive support role.
This is a client-facing profession. The right person enjoys meeting people, asking thoughtful questions, communicating clearly, and building trust. You must be comfortable initiating conversations, following up consistently, and hearing “no” without losing momentum.
If you don’t want to speak with clients/prospects or build relationships, this isn’t the role.
This is not an internship or observational training program.
You’ll work directly with firm leadership across:
- Investment & portfolio analysis
- Financial planning & client service
- Business development & relationship management
- Insurance & risk-management planning
- Marketing, technology & practice operations
Responsibility expands based on judgment, execution, technical growth, and contribution.
