We are seeking a Director of Regional Marketing in our Singapore Location.
Role summary
As a Director of Regional Marketing, you will lead marketing for Singapore as a strategic hub and serve as a regional GTM leader across APAC owning regional pipeline impact, executive engagement, and ecosystem presence. You’ll drive localized programs, events/commercial presence, partner co-marketing, and tight alignment with Singapore-based sales, alliances, and technical teams to grow pipeline and strategic accounts. You will also lead and develop regional marketing leaders (e.g., Japan) to ensure consistent execution and performance across priority markets.

Key responsibilities:- Regional strategy & planning: Build the Singapore marketing plan aligned to target accounts, priority sectors, and regional revenue goals; ensure alignment to APAC GTM priorities.
- Leadership & regional orchestration: Set direction for priority APAC markets; coach and manage regional leaders to deliver consistent pipeline impact, execution quality, and reporting.
- Localized programs: Adapt global messaging into Singapore-relevant narratives, proof points, and offers (technical depth, regulatory context, local priorities).
- Events & conferences: Own presence at key Singapore/APAC conferences, trade shows, and government/industry forums; ensure strong staffing and outcomes.
- Executive & customer programs: Run executive briefings, roundtables, workshops, and technical deep-dives that move late-stage opportunities.
- Partner marketing: Execute co-marketing with hyperscalers, GSIs, local SI/channel partners, and ecosystem bodies; build repeatable co-sell motions.
- Account-based field plays: Coordinate 1:few/1:many ABM programs with sales/SDR for priority accounts (workshops, innovation days, POVs).
- Community & reputation: Build regional credibility through meetups, user groups, university/innovation ecosystem engagements, and local thought leadership.
- Pipeline discipline: Ensure fast follow-up and consistent handoff; work with campaigns/ops to route leads and track influence.
- Regional insights loop: Feed back market/competitive insights, partner signal, and customer needs into PMM and leadership.
- Cross-functional partners: Singapore/APAC sales leadership, SDR/BDR, Alliances/Partners, Solutions Engineering, Product/Vertical Marketing, Brand/Comms, Marketing Ops, Global Field Marketing.
YOU MUST HAVE:- High School Diploma/GED Minimum
- Minimum 10+ years B2B tech marketing with strong regional/field experience; Singapore market familiarity required.
WE VALUE:- People leadership experience (direct management and/or leading dotted-line regional teams).
- Track record driving pipeline via events, ABM-style programs, and partner co-marketing.
- Comfortable engaging technical and executive audiences; can coordinate technical staffing (SEs/product experts) for credibility.
- Strong operational discipline (plans, calendars, budgets, ROI).
- Excellent stakeholder management across global HQ and regional teams.
